Reaching the Summit to Loyalty Excellence

For each of us, certain mile markers serve as necessary reminders of what is most important in our personal and professional journeys. For me, one of those events – which seems to come faster and faster each year – is the COLLOQUY Loyalty Summit.

Now in its 10th year, the COLLOQUY Loyalty Summit, sponsored by LoyaltyOne, has grown to become the premiere loyalty event worldwide. It attracts thought leaders representing the most-recognized companies in the world, and I am eager to hear representatives from American Express, Tesco, Wyndham Hotel Group, Visa and Southwest Airlines.

Our keynote speakers this year include Mitch Joel, digital marketing expert and author of the book Six Pixels of Separation; and Peter Sheahan, a global entrepreneur and author of the book Flip, which explores the psychology behind consumer behavior. Can’t wait to share the stage with them.

But the highlight of the Summit will be the 3rd Annual COLLOQUY Loyalty Awards, the only awards decided by members of the loyalty industry. The honors, which include the prestigious Master of Enterprise Loyalty Award, will be presented to 11 international organizations on Sept. 12 at 3:30 p.m. EST (12:30 p.m. PST).
